At the time of passing an order dated 07.03.2025 in CRM (M) No. 77/2025, the fact obtaining before the court was that the matter was before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Handwara and if transferred to any other Judicial Magistrate then the concerned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class was to act in terms of direction as given in the order dated 07.03.2025. 03. The direction so given would mean to be operative even in case the case has come to be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge which is said to be now further assigned to the Additional Sessions Judge, Handwara. 04.
