2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 15.01.2025 passed in A.B.P. No. 3478 of 2024 arising out of Jharia P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for Anticipatory Bail of the appellant has been rejected.

It has been alleged that the informant was earlier married to one Santosh Singh and since there was a volatile relationship between the informant and Santosh Singh, she had taken the children to her parents’ house where she was staying. Thereafter, she solemnized another marriage with one Dharmesh Thakkar. It has been alleged that the children of the informant went missing.
4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is alleged to have sold the children of the informant. It was submitted that both the children have been recovered. It has been submitted that one of the children is staying with the first husband of the informant, while another has been recovered from the custody of Santosh Keshri.
5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for Anticipatory Bail of the appellant.

2. Santosh Keshri and not the present appellant, we, while setting aside the
order dated 15.01.2025 passed in A.B.P. No. 3478 of 2024 arising out of Jharia P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge- V, Dhanbad, direct the appellant, above named, to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks and on his surrender, the learned Trial Court shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
7. The appeal is allowed.
