By this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Sri. Subhash Pathak Chetry, son of Prem Bahadur Chetri, resident of village-Aadim Giri, P.S.-Jalukbari, District-Kamrup(M) is seeking bail in Fatasil Ambari Police Station Case No. 328/2024 registered under Sections 65(1)/308(2)/351(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 4/12 of the POCSO Act, 2012, corresponding to G.R. No. 3244/2024, in which he was arrested on 09.12.2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M K Das, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Fatasil Ambari Police Station Case No. 328/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 238/2024 dated 30.12.2024. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Fatasil Ambari P.S. Case No. 328/2024. 5.
