It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that pendency of the instant petition filed by the petitioner/accused and the passing of the interim order dated 04.06.2025 on the same by this Court has brought at halt the proceedings on the complaint that was withdrawn by the Court of ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shopian, from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate (Munsiff Shopian) and for expeditious disposal of all the three complaints, he has now got no objection if the one that stood withdrawn from the files of the ld. Judicial Magistrate (Munsiff Shopian) vide the impugned order dated 15.02.2025, is also heard and tried by the ld Judicial Magistrate (Munsiff Shopian) already seized of the two complaints. 2. This Court vide its order dated 04.06.2025 passed on the instant petition has already stayed the operation of the impugned order dated 15.02.2025 with the direction to the ld. Judicial Magistrate (Munsiff Shopian) to proceed ahead in the complaints filed by the respondent against the petitioner in accordance with the law. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the order dated 04.06.2025, the ld. Judicial Magistrate (Munsiff Shopian) is continuing with the trial of all the three complaints. 4. Now with the consensus of the learned counsel for the parties, the order impugned dated 15.02.2025 is set aside and all the three complaints are directed to be tried by ld.
