According to petitioner, certain persons have encroached upon water body land; however, the Authorities are not taking any action against them. He further submits that his representation dated 03.12.2024 is pending before the Competent Authority, but no action has been taken thereupon. 4. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is disposed of by directing the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Roorkee, District Haridwar to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 03.12.2024, in the light of the order passed in WPPIL No. 65 of 2011, after hearing all the stakeholders, within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
