The present report is filed by the Official Liquidator seeking following orders and directions of this Court :- (A) This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the advertisement bill of Rs. 2,05,141/- to M/s. Global Network Advertising from the funds available in the company’s account as stated in para-6 herein above. The report indicate that this Court vide order dated 05.10.2023 passed in Official Liquidator Report No. 44 of 2023 permitted the Official Liquidator to invite offers for sale of land of the company (in liquidation) situated at Survey No. 3/1/2, 3/4, 3/8, 343/2, 343/3 and 5/1, Halol – Godhra Road, Village – Katol, Tal. Kalol, Dist. Panchmahal by publishing advertisement in the newspapers namely “Times of India”, in English language and “Gujarat Samachar” in Gujarati language both in Ahmedabad and Vadodara editions. 3. In compliance of the said order, the Official Liquidator published the sale proclamation on 17.10.2023 in aforesaid newspapers. 4. Ms. Bhoomi Thakore, Ld. Advocate for Official Liquidator apprised that pursuant to the sale proclamation published in Newspapers on 17.10.2023, e-auction was completed successfully. Accordingly, the Official Liquidator has filed sale confirmation report before this Court vide OLR No. 01 of 2024. The said OLR No. 01 of 2024 is pending before this Court. 5. It is stated in the report that M/s. Global Network C/OLR/56/2025 ORDER DATED: 18/09/2025 Advertising has submitted advertisement bill of Rs. 2,05,141/- dated 17.10.2023 to the office of the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator is having fund of Rs. 2,02,42,443/- in the company’s account as on 31.08.2025. 6. Considering the above averments made in the present report of the Official Liquidator, the prayer of the report is allowed in terms of prayer made in Para-7(A). (MAUNA M.
