After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to take a final decision on the petitioner’s application dated 08.05.2025 for the grant of parole within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
