The petitioner- Kurban Ansari is in custody since 09.11.2022 in connection with Chiniya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2022 (S.T. No. 255 of 2023) for the offence registered under Sections 302, 120(B) of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of District and Additional Sessions Judge-III, Garhwa. Earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected and the same has now been renewed on the ground that some of the co-accused have been granted bail. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. I do not find any change of circumstance for renewal of bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, is hereby, rejected.
