In present case, during pendency of this writ petition, petitioner has been exonerated in disciplinary proceedings with further direction that he is entitled for consequential benefits by an order dated 23.07.2025. Aforesaid order is acknowledged by learned counsel for petitioner. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, grievance of petitioner has substantially been addressed and nothing survives to decide on merit, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that directions mentioned in order dated 23.07.2025 shall be complied with expeditiously and petitioner’s claim for promotion as well as ACP will also be considered within a short period.
