None present on behalf of the revisionist. However, Sri R.N. Srivastava, learned AGA for the State is present. 2. The instant revision has been directed against the impugned order dated 21.06.2023 passed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., by which revisionist, who is husband of O.P. No.2, is directed to pay maintenance allowance to his wife and his daughter i.e. O.P. Nos.2 & 3 but there is delay of 66 days in filing the instant revision. 3. The instant revision is time barred and after perusing the delay condonation application filed by the revisionist, it reflects the same is based on vague facts as in the delay condonation application, however, revisionist claimed that he was suffering with various illness and due to his illness, he could not arrange money to file the instant revision but along with the affidavit, he did not file his medical report to substantiate his submission, therefore, this Court do not find any sufficient ground on the basis of which, delay condonation application filed by the revisionist may be allowed. 4. Further, even nobody is present on behalf of revisionist to press the instant delay condonation application. 5. Accordingly, the delay condonation application filed by the revisionist is hereby dismissed. Order on memo of revision 1. As delay condonation application filed by the revisionist has already been dismissed by this Court, therefore, the instant revision also stands dismissed as time barred.
