Heard Sri R.N. Srivastava, learned AGA for revisionist and Sri J.B. Singh, learned counsel for opposite party. 2. The instant revision has been filed by the State against the impugned order dated 27.07.2021 by which opposite party was discharged but it reflects, there is delay of 579 days in filing the instant revision. 3. For condonation of delay State filed delay condonation application but it appears, after 06.10.2021 the delay in filing the instant revision has not been explained and, therefore, in view of this Court, there are no sufficient grounds to condone the delay in filing the instant revision. 4. Accordingly, the delay condonation application filed by the State is hereby dismissed. Order on revision As delay condonation application filed by the State/revisionist has already been dismissed, therefore, instant revision also stands dismissed being time barred.
