Heard Mr. Srijan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Hariom Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State-respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 to quash and set-aside the impugned FIR (Annexure P-1) registered against petitioners bearing Crime No.0303 of 2024 registered at Police Station Pali, District Korba for offences punishable under Sections 296, 351(2), of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 in the interest of justice.” 3. At the time of hearing, this Court observed that the prayer made in the present petition is defective one as there is no mention of the date on which the FIR has been registered. 4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty subject to depositing a sum of Rs.1,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Govt. Observation Home, Korba (C.G.). 6. Certified copy, if any, filed in the petition be returned back to the petitioner after retaining its attested true copy.
