The present application has been filed with the prayer for allowing the applicants to amend or correct the word “amend” by the word “reduce” appearing at prayer No. (ii) in WP(C) No. 880 of 2024. Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present amendment application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this court find sufficient ground for allowing the proposed amendment. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The counsel for the applicants is directed to make necessary correction in the relevant record during the course of the day.
