The following prayer has been made in the writ petition: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the State Government to take disciplinary action against the respondent no.5 namely Mr. Amit Shukla, The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil and District: Banda for his misconduct and misbehaviour extend to the petitioner on 16.05.2025 and punish him with serious penal consequences by passing reasoned order and the District Magistrate Banda may be mandated to ensure that in future, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, the respondent no.5 may not extend any misbehaviour to the petitioner." 2. The concerned S.D.M. had passed an order under Section 164 BNSS, which is against the petitioner. Now, the petitioner alleged that on 16.05.2025, the concerned S.D.M. had abused him in his office and also extended threats to him and, therefore, he wants an equiry to be held against him. 3. In case, such incident had taken place, it is always open to the petitioner to report the same to the concerned police authorities. 4. We, in exercise of writ jurisdiction, decline to issue any direction for holding enquiry, as sought for, on basis of ex parte version of the petitioner. 5.
