By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner wants a direction to the competent authority namely, respondent no.2 to consider his representation against the notice issued to him for vacating the official accommodation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 07.05.2025 which is pending consideration till date. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 07.05.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
