.2025 Heard Mr. A.H.M.R. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. Dutta, learned Standing Counsel for the Revenue. This interlocutory application has been filed seeking the correction of the
order dated 20.12.2024 whereby the WP(C) No. 6531 of 2024 stood disposed of. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order the name of the petition No.1 was shown as “Usha Sarkar W/o Nagar Bashi Das”. The
learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner No.1 is not the wife but the daughter of Nagar Bashi Das therefore the same needs to be corrected. Further, the application seeking the NOC before the authority was received and the acknowledgment No. NOC/21/36591/2024 dated 20.08.2024 was not recorded in the order. Accordingly, this application is filed seeking correction in respect of this order. The learned counsel for the respondent does not object to the prayer made. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and upon careful perusal of the interlocutory application as well as the order dated 20.12.2024 passed in WP(C) No.6531/2024 it is seen that the name of the petitioner No.1 was shown to be Usha Sarkar, Wife of Nagar Bashi Das which is also reflected in the cause title of the WP(C) No. 6531/2024. However, in view of the averments made in the interlocutory application the same stands corrected as Usha Sarkar, Daughter of Nagar Bashi Das, Resident of Madan Mohan Lane, Ambikapur, Part-
Page No.# 3/3 XI, PO- Meherpur, PS- Silchar, District- Cachar, Assam. Further, the application acknowledgement No.NOC/21/36591/2024 dated 20.08.2024 shall also be read together with the order dated 20.12.2024. The order dated 20.12.2024 passed in WP(C) No.6531/2024 shall read together with the order passed in the I.A.(Civil) No. 242 of 2025, no changes are called for in the rest portion of the order. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of in terms of the order.
