At the outset, a preliminary objection was raised by learned State Counsel for respondents that there is a statutory appeal remedy and writ court ought not to entertain the present writ petition bypassing the statutory remedy. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner would only request that they may be granted liberty to file an appeal. 4. In view thereof, this court is inclined to permit petitioner to file an appeal, within a period of one week from today.
