Restraining the Respondents and their men from issuance of pattas to the landless poor in an extent of Ac.1-10 cents classified as Double Bullock- cart poramboke land out of the extent of Ac.0-96 cents in RS No.267/2 and an extent of Ac.0-50 cents of Revenue Double Bullock-cart poramboke land out of the full extent of Ac.0-66 cents in RS No.507/1 and an extent of Ac.0-69 cents in RS No.508-1 an extent of Ac.0-70 cents in RS No.509-1 of Vemuladeevi Revenue village, Narasapur Mandal of West Godavari District, adjacent to the South and West of the petitioners’ zerocity dry and wet lands in an extent of Ac.4-54 cents of Vemuladeevi Revenue village situated at Marrithippa Village Panchayat area, Narasapur Mandal of West Godavari District, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has placed before the court a copy of the instructions received by him from Tahsildar dated 07.11.2024, wherein it is stated that the subject lands are proposed for issuance of house sites for an extent of Ac.0-24 cents leaving an extent of Ac.0-58 cents in RS.No.244/3 of Vemuladeevi village for Bandidari and an extent of Ac.0.42 cents leaving an extent of Ac.0-54 cents in RS.No.267/2 of Vemuladeevi village for Bandidari 3 and an extent of Ac.0.42 cents leaving an extent of Ac.0.54 cents for Bandi Dari in RS No.267/2 of Vemuladeevi village. However, since the subject land is under dispute, alternate land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.35 cents in RS No.505/2, and A.C.0.22 cents in RS NO.243/2 Vemuladeevi Village, was identified for distribution of House sites. And further stated that at present the subject land is not required for house sites, if at all required in future, the same would be acquired after following the due procedure. 4. The said instructions of the 3rd respondent – Tahsildar, are placed on record. 5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of and in case of any acquisition is proposed in future, the same shall be in accordance with law,. There shall be no order as to costs.
