JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN --- For the Petitioners : Mrs. Vipul Divya, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Abhijeet Anand, A.C to Sr. S.C.-I --- 03/22.08.2025 The instant review application has been preferred by the Petitioners for making necessary correction in Paras- 2 & 4 of the order dated 26.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1640 of 2024 in view of the fact that the name of the Petitioners has already been mutated; however, due to inadvertence it has been mentioned that necessary order be passed in the name of the Petitioners and their names be mutated; as such, the same needs modification. 2. Ld. Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in Para-4 of the order dated 26.11.2024 “necessary order of mutation and rent receipt be issued in favour of the Petitioners” may be modified to the extent that necessary rent 2025:JHHC:25058 2 receipt and Land Possession Certificate be issued in favour of the Petitioners. 3. Ld. State Counsel does not object to the aforesaid contention. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made hereinabove, Para-2 and 4 of the order dated 26.11.2024 is being modified to the extent that necessary order be passed in the name of the Petitioners with respect to issuance of rent receipt and L.P.C. 5. Accordingly, para-4 of the order dated 26.11.2024 is modified to the extent that if after verification of the entire documents, the claim of the Petitioners is found to be genuine; then, necessary order for issuance of rent receipt and L.P.C, be issued in favour of the Petitioners. 6. With the aforesaid modification, the instant Review Application stands disposed of. (Deepak Roshan, J.) jk
