JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 31-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024 instituted under Sections 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 998 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5.
