The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.523 of 2023 arising out of Muffasil Chaibasa P.S. Case No. 77 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302/201/120B/506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chaibasa. On 23.04.2023 at about 2:00 P.M., brother of the informant consumed liquor with the petitioner and co-accused persons and thereafter, he went missing. It appears that petitioner and co-accused persons confessed their guilt. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there was previous enmity between the parties. In view of the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chaibasa, in connection with S.T.
