The petitioner, who has appeared in National Eligibility-cum- Entrance Test (UG) - 2025 on 04.05.2025, the result whereof has not been declared, is before this Court raising an apprehension that since the last two years the State is not strictly adhering to the policy of reservation dated 15.07.2014 (Annexure P-3) and, therefore, the petitioner apprehends that for the academic session 2025-2026, the State will continue to commit the same mistake. 2. In the considered opinion of this Court, this petition is based on apprehension and no cause of action for the time being has arisen to the AMODH SHARMA 2025.05.27 12:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement CWP-15316-2025 (O&M) -2- petitioner and, therefore, this Court declines interference with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court as and when cause of action arises. 3.
