1. The case is listed before this Court for referral to the “Special Mediation Drive-Mediation ‘For the Nation’ List”.
2. This case pertains for the year 2007 and falls in the category of fully burnt cases.
3. On 05.07.2024, learned counsel for the appellants had undertaken to provide correct address of respondents No.1, 2 and 5. On the last date of hearing i.e., 08.11.2024, fresh notice was issued to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5 on furnishing of their correct addresses.
4. Today, learned counsel for the appellants contends that she is unable to get the correct addresses of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5. She submits that at this stage she does not press the present appeal and prays that liberty be granted to the appellants to revive the present appeal as and when they are able to get the correct addresses of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5. 5. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
6. Liberty is granted to the appellants to move an application for revival of the main appeal as and when they are able to get the correct addresses of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5.
