The petitioners claim to have purchased Plot No.754 from the transferee of the original allottee. The petitioners have applied for mutation of their name and for sanction of the building plan. 2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for directing the Development Authority to mutate the name of the petitioners in its records and to sanction the building plan. 3. Shri A.P. Paul, learned counsel for the Development Authority very fairly states that the applications filed in this regard would be decided. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.4 to take decision on the mutation application and the application for sanction of building plan within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the mutation application and the application for sanction of building plan.
