The instant petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for willfully disobeying the directions issued vide order dated 18.09.2023 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP-20627-2023.

Learned State counsel, while referring to para No.4 of the reply already filed on behalf of respondent No.2, as well as the speaking order dated 29.11.2024 (Annexure R-1) and details of bill (Annexure R-2) appended with the reply, submits that payment of final bills of the petitioner in lieu of the work performed by him has already been made.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, nothing survives in the present petition, as such, same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
