This Court on 12.02.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018, passed the 2. following order: “Mrs. M. Siva Jyothi, learned counsel appearing for the caveators seeks time to file counter. The decree is one for specific performance of an agreement of sale and also for consequential injunction.
