According to him, though there is a need for a crematorium and burial ground and the said issue has been raised before the respondent- authorities, the same is not answered. 03. Considering the fact that this issue is not decided by the respondent-authorities, we direct that the present petition be treated as a representation and the same shall be decided within ten weeks from today by the respondent-authorities. 04. The petitioner is directed to furnish the copy of petition along with the order passed by this Court before the authorities within a period of two weeks from today. 05.
