NO. 209 OF 2025 JUDGMENT Dated this the 3rd day of April, 2025 The petitioner herein is the petitioner in Crl.M.C.No.102/2024, pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate-II Court, Thrissur, the same having been filed on 01.10.2024. Along with the M.C., a Crl.M.P. was also filed, vide Crl.M.P.No.7738/2024, seeking various reliefs including residence order. On 03.10.2024, the above referred Crl.M.P. was allowed in part, affording protection order. Thereafter, notice was issued to the respondents and they have appeared. A counter was also filed. However, the Crl.M.P was not heard until this date, is the short grievance of the petitioner. 2. Having regard to the limited scope of the instant original petition, this Court is of the opinion that notice to the respondents can be dispensed with. Inasmuch as this Crl.M.P was pending from 01.10.2024 till this date, there will be a direction to the learned Magistrate to consider and pass orders in Crl.M.P.No.7738/2024 in 2025:KER:28567 4 OP(CRL.) NO. 209 OF 2025 Crl.M.C.No.102/2024 expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of three months from today.
