The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed jointly on behalf of the parties seeking the following reliefs:- “a. Allow the present Application and to take on record the Settlement Agreement and to direct the Ld. State Commission, Delhi to release the original FDR in terms of paragraph 7 of the present application; b. And / Or Any other order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit.” 2. It is being informed by the parties that the matter has been settled and the settlement agreement dated 18.08.2026 has already been placed on record as “Annexure A-2”. 3. The application, accordingly, stands disposed of. CM(M) 1125/2025 This is a digitally signed order. It is being informed by the parties that in terms of the settlement agreement dated 18.08.2026, the amount of Rs. 51,00,000/- shall be released in favor of the respondents by the registry of the learned State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (“SCDRC”), Delhi, out of the total sum of Rs. 56,43,378/- deposited by the petitioner. It is further informed that the remainder amount, after deducting Rs. 51,00,000/- from the total amount, along with accrued interest till date thereon, shall be released in favor of the petitioner. 5. The learned SCDRC is hereby directed to release the amount in favor of the parties, in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement. 6. In view of the above statement, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. 7. Accordingly, the present petition, along with pending application(s), if any, is disposed of. 8.
