This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "1. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide injunction application filed in case no.5543 2025, computer case no.T202516530405543 (Ramlal Vs. Shyamlal and others), Under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, within some stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Earlier this Court has passed an order dated 23.04.2025 in Writ C No. 12088 of 2025 which was filed by the plaintiff in suit under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. By order dated 23.04.2025, this Court directed the respondent No. 2 to decide the injunction application filed by the plaintiff. 4. Now again, this petition has been filed by the defendant claiming the same relief. Since once a direction has been issued by this Court, no second direction is required. 5.
