Petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dated 10.06.2024 whereby he has been directed to make deposit of Rs. 1,50,000/- for having declared the beneficiaries to be ineligible after amount was transacted into their account under the Prime Minister Housing Scheme. It is contended that recovery has been straight way directed. 3. Per contra, learned Standing Counsel submitted that petitioner has been previously served with the notice dated 24.03.2025. 4. In the given facts and circumstances this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to submit his explanation before the concerned respondent, namely, respondent No. 4 against the notice cum order dated 10.06.2024 within a period of four weeks from today and the same shall be considered and shall be disposed of by the respondent No. 4 within a further period of one month by means of reasoned and speaking order before proceeding for recovery under the order impugned.
