By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay the arrear of salary allowances of the petitioner from 06.12.2017 to 29.02.2020 i.e. for 02 years 02 months and 26 days of salary and allowances, alongwith interest as expeditiously as possible to the petitioner in accordance with law within stipulated period as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent respondent authority to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 12.07.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
