Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the second and sixth paragraphs of the order dated 11.08.2025, the P.S. Case Number has been wrongly typed as “Baliya” in place of “Batiya”. 4. Upon perusal of the record, it transpires to this Court that the submission of learned counsel is correct. 5. In view of the aforesaid, in the second and sixth paragraphs of the order dated 11.08.2025, the P.S. Case Number shall be read as “Batiya” in place of “Baliya”. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
