Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M, 1st Class, Giridih. On 19.06.2024, Jamua (Nawdiha O.P.) Police raided the house of the co-accused Raj Kumar Verma and seized a loaded country-made pistol from there. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Raj Kumar Verma and Md. Mojafar have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M, 1st Class, Giridih, in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024.
