Mr. Sourabh Agrawal, learned counsel for respondent No.1 would submit that in Case No. M-PRO-2020-01165 final order has been passed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Raipur and he has placed the order dated 29.09.2021 during the course of argument. 3. The order dated 29.09.2021 passed Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Raipur in Case No. M-PRO-2020-01165 is taken on record. 4. As original case has already been decided by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Raipur, therefore, the petition has become infructuous. 5.
