The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent-Authorities to decide the representation dated 25.06.2024 filed by the petitioners before the respondent, Development Authority, in respect of proposed master plan 2031. The petitioners have prayed for change of nature of land of Plots No. 132, 133, 135, 136 from green zone to residential. 2. A perusal of the material brought on record indicates that the master plan has already been approved by the State Government on 29.10.2024. Therefore, the stage for deciding objection against the proposed master plan is over. 3. In respect of consequential prayer for providing copy of order passed by the Authority on the representation of the petitioners, we leave it open to the petitioners to apply for its copy by filing appropriate application under Right to Information Act, if so advised. 4.
