This Court, vide order dated 29.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4970 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Jai Sarvesh Yadav, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, (F.T.C.) Bilaspur, District- Bilaspur (C.G) vide his request letter dated 15.01.2025 has requested for KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 grant of some more time for concluding the trial as it is likely to take some time for conclusion of the trial. Therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
