At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy provided under Muslim Personal Law for Ruksati. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
