2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 22.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 564 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that reasoned order has been passed which has been placed on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the grievance of the petitioners has not been redressed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that right be reserved with the petitioners to take steps in connection with the reasoned order as per law.
6. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceedings. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
7. Right is reserved with the petitioners to take steps with regard to the reasoned order as may be permissible under law.
