During the pendency of the present writ petition, the departmental enquiry against the petitioner came to be concluded, culminating in the petitioner’s dismissal from service by order dated 26.08.2025. The said fact is disclosed today by the learned counsel for the respondents and a copy of the said order is supplied to the petitioner in the Court. 3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner in person seeks a permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding, raising a challege to the order of dismissal. 4. The period of limitation for filling such proceeding, if any, will be considered from the date of supply of copy of order of dismissal to the petitioner i.e. from today. 5. The learned counsel for the respondents undertakes nd.thawre 2025:BHC-NAG:12275-DB 15 2/2 to supply copy of the enquiry report and the copies of the documents on which the report is based, to the petitioner on 01.12.2025. 6. Accordingly, we direct the learned cousnel for the respondents and the petitioner in person to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) on 01.12.2025 at 2.30 p.m. 7. The learned counsel for the respondents shall provide the above referred documents to the petitioner in person in the presence of the Registrar (Judicial) and the petitioner shall acknowledge the same. 8.
