1. This petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set aside the impugned transfer dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure-P/1) and order dated 22.12.2022 (Annexure-P/2) relating to the petitioners. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to perform her duty at present place of posting. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit and appropriate.”
2. State counsel submits that this matter relates to the transfer of the petitioner, but petitioner has already been retired on 31.05.2023, therefore, the present matter has become infructuous.
3. In view of above, the instant petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/-
