Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal. If any such appeal is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be entertained by the concerned appellate authority without reference to limitation within a period of 12 weeks from the date of uploading of this order. It is also open to the petitioner to present a fresh sale deed, which if presented would be examined and decided in accordance with law.
