Considering the prayers made in the petition and the response to the same by respondent No.1, more particularly, the statements made in paragraph Nos. 4,6,7 and 8 by the respondent No. 1, we are of the opinion that nothing survives in this petition. The petitioner is also not disputing the said fact.
3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. The respondents shall take necessary steps as per above referred statements made in paragraph Nos. 4,6,7 and 8 by the respondent No. 1.
