ORDER 05.06.2025 CM No. 3526/2025 This is an application filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking withdrawal of the contempt petition bearing CCP (S) No. 37/2025. It has been submitted in the application that the non-applicants/respondents have assured the applicant/petitioner that the judgement passed by the Writ Court would be complied with, as such, the applicant/petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the aforesaid contempt petition. For the reasons stated in the application the same is allowed and the contempt petition bearing CCP (S) No. 37/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn and the contempt proceedings are dropped against the respondents with liberty to the applicant/petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition in case the cause of the applicant/petitioner survives.
