JUSTICE G BASAVARAJA - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-K:7514-DB RP No. 200048 of 2025 ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.DEVDAS) As noticed in our earlier orders, while disposing of the contempt petition on 14.11.2024 liberty was granted to the complainant/review petitioner herein to further place any material as pointed out in the endorsement dated 02.09.2024 before the concerned authority and it was further directed that, if the material is placed, the respondents shall re-consider the claim in respect of TA and DA. 2. Learned counsel for the review petitioner seeks to contend that although materials have been placed before the concerned authority, the concerned authority is not ready to consider the claim of the petitioner. 3. In the considered opinion of this court, such further developments would give fresh cause of action for the review petitioner to raise a challenge, if adverse orders are passed against the review petitioner. At any rate, a - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-K:7514-DB RP No. 200048 of 2025 review petition to consider or re-open the contempt case would not arise. 4. In that view of the matter, the review petition is dismissed. 5. Delay of 191 days in filing the review petition is also not condoned. The review petition is required to be dismissed on the ground of delay also. Sd/- (R.DEVDAS) JUDGE Sd/- (G BASAVARAJA) JUDGE MBS Ct:vh List No.: 19 Sl No.: 2
