Case No. 276 of 2024 arising out of Mahila (Chaibasa) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376, 313, 417, 341, 323, 506, 509 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Singhbhum West, Chaibasa. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major lady. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim recorded during the trial in which she has stated that she had gone to the house of the petitioner according to her own wish, where they established physical relationship. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Singhbhum West, Chaibasa in connection with S.T.
