1. The subject matter of the case does not fall within the scope of writ jurisdiction adjudication under article 226 of the Constitution of India as the facts may admit of a dispute from the respondent- J&K Bank’s end and as such, the petitioner would be well advised to pursue an appropriate legal course of action other than the writ jurisdiction of this Court under article 226 of the Constitution of India.
2. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate legal course of action granted in favour of the petitioner.
