On the basis of his complaint a show cause notice dated 08.11.2024 was issued by the respondent no.3/District Magistrate, Sambhal to the respondent no.4/Sanjay Yadav, Gram Pradhan of the Village Devpura, Block and Post- Rajpura, P.S. Rajpura, Tehsil-Gumrah, District Sambhal that why the proceedings should not be initiated against him. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has lapsed but till date no decision has been taken on the same. 3. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the decision will be taken by the authority concerned expeditiously. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Sambhal to take a final decision in the matter strictly in accordance with law expeditiously after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and in view of the procedure prescribed under U.P.
