A writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued thereby directing the respondents to relieve the petitioner as per order dated 31.12.2024 (P-2) passed by the respondent No.2 and allow the petitioner to join transferred station at CH Palampur District Kangra, H.P. 2. It would be pertinent to note that a CWPIL bearing No.12/24 titled Court on its own motion vs. State of H.P and others, is pending adjudication before the Division Bench of this court. Certain issues were raised by the Court on 05.12.2024. One of the issues pertained to making Operational Level-1 Trauma Centre at IGMC Shimla. In pursuance thereto, the meeting was held on 06.12.2024. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record minutes of the meeting held on 06.12.2024 under the Chairmanship of Secretary (Health), Government of Himachal Pradesh. 4. A perusal of the same reflect that a decision has been taken therein not to relieve any staff members, on account of acute shortage of staff, even if transfer orders have been issued by the respective competent authorities. It is in furtherance thereof, order dated 31.12.2024 i.e. Annexure P-2 is not being given effect to by the respondent/State. 5.
