This writ petition has been filed for fair investigation in Case Crime No. 238 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87 of B.N.S., Police Station Dholna, District Kasganj. 3. Sri Asthana on instructions submits that in the present case final report no. 44 of 2024 was forwarded on 24.11.2024 on which an objection was filed before Circle Officer, who directed for further investigation and after further investigation again final report was reiterated on 10.12.2024. 4.
